Refund policy

Please take the time to read product descriptions carefully before making purchases online.  Dimensions and descriptions are carefully provided to you.

Merchandise may be returned for store credit, unless marked final sale.  To be eligible, they must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused and unaltered condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  I would recommend purchasing additional insurance and tracking to ensure it is returned safely.  Store credit will be issued once the merchandise has been received and its condition confirmed. 

Merchandise purchased in person at a show can also be exchanged or store credit as long as it is returned in its original, undamaged state within 14 days of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
